Statuses explained

Statuses in BECCO E-gaming are updated automatically: every time a form is saved, a document is uploaded, a screening result arrives or a check is completed, the system recalculates the statuses. You never set them by hand. This page lists every status and what moves it forward.

The client status summarizes the whole onboarding, and is shown in the client list and on the client page.

StatusMeaning
In progressThe account manager is verifying parties and filling in the risk assessment.
Pending complianceHanded over to the compliance officer for independent verification.
Pending approvalCompliance is done; management needs to give the final approval. Only occurs for Onboarding and UBO change reviews.
CompletedThe review is finished and archived, with a generated review report.

Each party in a review has a verification check with three stages:

StatusMeaning
Pending account managerThe account manager still needs to (finish) verifying this party.
Pending complianceVerified by the account manager; waiting for compliance’s second verification.
Compliance verifiedVerified by both.

All checks must be Pending compliance (or further) before a review can go to compliance, and all checks must be Compliance verified before a review can be completed.

Inside a check, every document is judged twice:

StateMeaning
PendingNot yet assessed.
Account manager accepted / declinedFirst judgement, by the account manager.
Compliance accepted / declinedSecond judgement, by compliance.
ResultMeaning
ClearNo hits. The report is approved automatically.
ConsiderA possible match that needs human assessment. The party moves to Pending report until the report is approved.
RejectedA confirmed hit.
