Statuses explained
Statuses in BECCO E-gaming are updated automatically: every time a form is saved, a document is uploaded, a screening result arrives or a check is completed, the system recalculates the statuses. You never set them by hand. This page lists every status and what moves it forward.
Client status
Section titled “Client status”The client status summarizes the whole onboarding, and is shown in the client list and on the client page.

Check status
Section titled “Check status”Each party in a review has a verification check with three stages:

|---|---|
| Pending account manager | The account manager still needs to (finish) verifying this party. |
| Pending compliance | Verified by the account manager; waiting for compliance’s second verification. |
| Compliance verified | Verified by both. |
All checks must be Pending compliance (or further) before a review can go to compliance, and all checks must be Compliance verified before a review can be completed.
Document verification states
Section titled “Document verification states”Inside a check, every document is judged twice:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Not yet assessed. |
| Account manager accepted / declined | First judgement, by the account manager. |
| Compliance accepted / declined | Second judgement, by compliance. |
Screening results
Section titled “Screening results”| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Clear | No hits. The report is approved automatically. |
| Consider | A possible match that needs human assessment. The party moves to Pending report until the report is approved. |
| Rejected | A confirmed hit. |
