Managing the license
Everything around a client’s CGA license lives in two places on the client page: the CGA credentials in the client’s details, and the CGA license tab for documents, seals and conditions.
CGA credentials
Section titled “CGA credentials”On the client’s management form you’ll find the Curaçao Gaming Authority tab, with the credentials of the application (for internal use only):
| Field | What it holds |
|---|---|
| CGA Online Gaming License application number | The application number assigned by the CGA. |
| Online Gaming License Application number | The OGL number, in the format OGL/XXXX/XXX/XXX. |
| Registered CGA e-mail address | The email address registered with the CGA for this client. |
| CGA license password | The password for the CGA portal account (masked; can be revealed). |
| goAML registered | Whether the client is registered with goAML. |
The Open CGA login portal button takes you straight to the CGA’s own portal to work on the application there.
The CGA license tab
Section titled “The CGA license tab”The CGA license tab of a client has three sections:
CGA license documents
Section titled “CGA license documents”All documents in relation to the CGA license: application documents, the license copy, manuals, forms and procedures. It works as a folder browser — you can create folders and upload files (PDF, PNG or JPEG). Your client can also add documents here through the dropbox in their portal.
CGA seals
Section titled “CGA seals”The seals of the licensed company — one for each licensed URL. A seal is the badge a licensed operator displays on their gaming website; visitors click it to verify the license with the CGA. You add and update seals here; clients can view them in the portal but can never upload seals themselves.
CGA license conditions
Section titled “CGA license conditions”Conditions and requests brought forward by the CGA that require follow-up until the CGA has approved them. Each condition has:
- A category, matching the CGA form it relates to: Business and Corporate Information, Personal History Disclosure, Online Gaming License Application, or Other. The categories appear as tabs above the list.
- Instructions — what the CGA asks for.
- A due date — the date the CGA set for resolution.
- An assignee — a team member, or one of the client’s parties. Conditions assigned to you are flagged with a call-to-action indicator.
- Documents, an optional note to the client, linked parties (for Personal History Disclosure conditions) and internal notes.
- A Completed? checkbox, ticked once the CGA has approved the condition.
Your client is notified automatically
Section titled “Your client is notified automatically”When you add a license document, a CGA seal or a license condition, all parties with portal access automatically receive an email with a direct link to the CGA license details page in their portal. From there your client can respond through the message center, where messages can be tagged to a specific document, seal or license condition.
