Team roles
Every team member has a role that determines what they can see and do. Roles are assigned by the people who manage users on your platform.
| Role | Typical responsibilities |
|---|---|
| Account manager | The day-to-day owner of clients: creates clients, guides them through the submission, verifies information and documents, prepares reviews, runs screenings. |
| Compliance | Independently verifies every party, assesses risks, approves screening reports and writes the final conclusion of a review. |
| Chief executive officer | Management: gives the final approval on onboarding and UBO-change reviews (the four-eyes control), records the CAMS meeting. |
| Director | Management-level access to the dashboard. |
| Business development manager | Commercial team member with dashboard access. |
| Read-only | Can view, but not change anything. Useful for auditors or observers. |
